What browser/version are you using and have you tried another?
There is still much instability with Internet Explorer 10 when using many of the k12 software/tools. This includes Study Island and Scantron. At this time, IE 10 should not be used as we are seeing many of the issues that are being reported including screens not "acting right" or work seems to disappear. In almost all cases, IE10 is being used and everything is sill in Study Island, it’s just that IE10 isn’t displaying it properly. As far as Internet Explorer goes, IE9 should be the one used.
