OHVA Handbooks - School and Parent Versions
High School Students and Parents/Learning Coaches,
Attached is the 2013-2014 High School Handbook for your review. Please note that both student and parent need to complete the acknowledgement for the high school portion of the handbook.
High School Handbook Acceptance Agreement
Both students and parents are expected to read the handbook carefully, then each click the link below in order to verify you have read, understand, and will abide by the rules of the school. Both student and parent need to provide last name and student ID number (found in MyInfo), and choose “yes” to digitally indicate your acceptance, and then click “submit.” Thank you in advance for your compliance with this requirement. Make sure you save this file to your computer so that it serves you as a handy resource all year long. This partners with the OHVA Parent Handbook, distributed earlier via K-Mail. If you need assistance or have questions about the handbook, your advisor can help you.
Complete the online acceptance by Sept. 9.
You can also access the handbooks online at:

Recording of Handbook Highlights 13-14
Please note that we do not distribute the handbook in a paper or hardcopy form, as it serves us best as an easy to search electronic document, with readily available hyperlinks - just what a virtual school needs! We do suggest you print out one extremely helpful page from your handbook: Who to Call When.... You will find this on page 41. It is a great resource when you need to know who can help you with your questions. You are also invited to join us for the annual Handbook Highlights online session Recording of Handbook Highlights 13-14. Remember, we are here to assist you.
Enjoy your week!
